1. Sponsor and Administrator
This Sweepstakes ("Raffle") is sponsored and administered by Aasim Nawaz Sheik, operating as DriveDex, located at Eggbergstrasse 5, 8193 Eglisau / Zurich, Switzerland ("Sponsor").
Note: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, OpenAI, or Auto Zürich.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Switzerland (or eligible European jurisdictions where non-commercial sweepstakes are permitted) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate or win.
3. Entry Period and Drawing Schedule
The Sweepstakes is an ongoing promotion within the DriveDex mobile application. The specific start date, end date, and drawing time for the Auto Zürich ticket giveaway will be explicitly displayed within the App’s Shop/Raffle section ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside the designated active Entry Period will be void.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

In-App Method (Digital Entry):
- Download and launch the DriveDex mobile application.
- Create or log into your verified account.
- Ad-View Method: Watch a rewarded video advertisement to completion in the Shop/Raffle section to earn one (1) raffle entry. Limit of five (5) ad-rewarded raffle entries per user per day.
- Points Redemption Method: Redeem 10,000 accrued Spotter Points in the Shop to receive one (1) raffle entry.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE / Mail-In Free Entry):
- To enter without watching advertisements or spending in-app points, hand-print your full legal name, valid email address, phone number, mailing address, and your DriveDex account username on a standard 3x5 inch index card.
- Mail the completed card in a stamped envelope to:

Each valid mail-in request receives one (1) entry into the active drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked prior to the scheduled drawing date displayed in the App and received no later than three (3) business days before the drawing. Limit one mail-in entry per outer envelope.
5. Prize Details and Value
- Prize: One (1) adult general admission ticket to Auto Zürich (valid for entry on scheduled event days).
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): ~CHF 25.00 to CHF 30.00.
- Prize Conditions: The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted. Travel, meals, accommodations, and personal expenses to or from the Auto Zürich event venue are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend entirely upon the total number of eligible entries received across both the In-App Method and the Alternate Method of Entry prior to the active drawing deadline.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
- Selection: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within three (3) days following the conclusion of the Entry Period.
- Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their DriveDex account or provided in their mail-in entry.
- Claiming the Prize: The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.
8. General Conditions and Liability Limits
- Compliance with Local Laws: This promotion is subject to applicable Swiss Federal laws and regional regulations regarding lotteries and sweepstakes.
- Disqualification: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, attempting to automate entries through bots, exploits, or multi-accounting, or acting in violation of the DriveDex Terms of Service.
- App Store Disclaimer: Entrants acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, or involved in any capacity with, this Sweepstakes.
- Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its partners, and platform providers from any claims, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of the drawing, winner verification, and prize delivery in accordance with the DriveDex Privacy Policy and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG).
